Do not bake choux pastry in the molds. Molds designed for poaching choux.

Precautions for use

When using silicon molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
When using silicon molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C
