Silicone donuts molds are ideal for making regular donuts or Paris-Brest.
You can complete the donuts mold with the donuts fondants mold.

Temperature range :
· Contact with foodstuffs containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2h
· Contact with other foodstuffs: -70°C/+200°C 

Do not bake choux pastry in the molds. Molds designed for poaching choux.

Precautions for use

  • When using silicon molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
  • When using silicon molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C
