Thanks to this tool, you can create chocolate subjects in a single piece, without the slightest seam.

Temperature range :
· Contact with foodstuffs containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2h
· Contact with other foodstuffs: -70°C/+200°C

These molds are not intended for baking cakes in the oven. These molds are intended for the preparation of entremets.

Precautions for use

  • When using silicon molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
  • When using silicon molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+200°C
