You can complement the icing mold with the éclair mold.
For a 6cm éclair, choose a 5cm icing.
For a 12cm éclair, choose an 11cm icing.
For a 13cm éclair, choose a 12cm icing.
For a 14cm éclair, choose a 13cm icing.

Before using

To ensure that your mold is food-safe: before using it for the first time, it must be placed in the oven, empty, for 1 hour at 200°C. After baking, wash and dry the mold.

Precautions for use

  • When using silicon molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
  • When using silicon molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+180°C
