Size guide
The size guide is based on the measurements of the polo shirt. We recommend that you measure a polo shirt you like so that you can compare the dimensions with our V2 polo shirt.
Customisation
You can personalise your polo in 5 areas: the front, heart side and right side, the left shoulder, the upper back and the collar.
The embroidery areas are limited. That’s why we limit the number of characters to 16 for text embroidery and the size of logos to a maximum of 8x8cm.
The file must be of good quality in clipped format without background (png), or in a format that can be modified for graphics processing (ai, psd, pdf, etc.). Please avoid jpeg format, which is difficult to work with because it is a photo format with poor definition. If the file is not usable, a surcharge will be assessed.

A proof of your personalised polo shirt will be sent to you following your order and even before production. This will include your entire configuration. It must be signed and returned to us before production can begin.

Machine dry in moderation
To preserve all the qualities of our polo shirts, please follow these care instructions. When washing, avoid setting the temperature too high, as this could cause unwanted shrinkage. Instead, use a moderate temperature to maintain the size and shape of your polo. Because our polo shirts contain polyester, we recommend that you iron them inside out. This will prevent the fibres from becoming shiny and give an undesirable shiny appearance. Pay particular attention to the embroidery when ironing, as setting the heat too high could damage the iron-on backing.
To preserve the quality of your polo shirt, we recommend that you do not wear it underneath other garments such as aprons. Contact between the fabrics could cause the polo to pilling.
