Silicone éclairs molds are ideal for making regular éclairs.
The molds are available in 7 sizes: 6, 12, 12 plus, 13, 13 plus, 14, 14 plus, 15, 15 plus.
You can complement the éclairs mold with the icing mold.
This will enable you to create the perfect glaze for your eclair, with incomparable consistency.
For an éclair of 6, choose a 5cm icing.
For an éclair of 12 or 12 plus, choose an 11cm icing.
For an éclair of 13 or 13 plus, choose a 12cm icing.
For a lightning bolt of 14 or 14 plus, choose a 13cm icing.
Please note that additional production time is required for all large orders of batches of molds. Thank you for your understanding.
Temperature of use:
– Contact with foodstuffs containing fats: -70°C/+40°C for 2h
– Contact with other types of foodstuffs: -70°C/+200°C
Do not bake éclairs in the molds. Molds designed for poaching éclairs.
