Smooth eclair mold

Silicone eclairs molds are ideal for making regular eclairs.
The molds are available in 7 sizes: 6, 12, 12 plus, 13, 13 plus, 14, 14 plus.

You can complement the eclairs mold with the icing mold.
This will enable you to create the perfect glaze for your eclair, with incomparable regularity.
For a 6cm mini eclair, choose a 5cm icing.
For an eclair of 12 or 12 plus, choose a 11cm icing.
For an eclair of 13 or 13 plus, choose a 12cm icing.
For an eclair of 14 or 14 plus, choose a 13cm icing.

Before use

To guarantee that your mold is food-safe: before using it for the first time, it must be placed in the oven, empty, for 1 hour at 200°C. After baking, wash and dry the mold.

Precautions for use

  • When using silicon molds with products containing fats, the temperature must not exceed 40°C for a maximum of 2 hours.
  • When using silicon molds with other types of food products, the following operating temperatures must be observed: -70°C/+180°C
