INGREDIENTS : 

The vanilla marshmallow :
250g sugar
100g water
175g invert sugar
10g gelatine powder
200 blooms
60g water

The hazelnut crisp :
60g butter
60g brown sugar
115g hazelnut powder
60g flour
100g milk chocolate
100g hazelnut praline 50% (or more)
